Christy McCormick is a Senior Program Manager at Eppley, leading partnerships for training, development, and education with agencies such as the Bureau of Land Management, the Arthur Carhart Wilderness Training Center, and the National Park Service since 2003.
At the Eppley Institute, Christy works mainly with the National Park Service (NPS) Park Facility Management Division developing classroom, online, and blended training and education courses, as well as facilitating planning and strategy with NPS employees. Notable projects include the W. Edwards Deming award-winning Facility Manager Leaders Program and the National Trainer Development Program, where she has been able to generate organizational capacity by helping subject matter experts become effective instructors.
Christy has a master’s degree in Adult Education from Indiana University and a B.S. in Kinesiology from the Pennsylvania State University.
